On the 22nd of May the Explorers children from St John’s Lutheran Kindergarten, joined children all over Australia for the the National Simultaneous Storytime.
This years story was Bowerbird Blues by Aura Parker. The children enjoyed a special visit to the Geelong Lutheran College library.
It was fascinating to learn that bowerbirds love and collect anything that is blue.
We made some amazing drawings and collected all sorts of blue things to add to our pictures.
The children also joined in a group project to make some art for the new LEVNT head office.
