Primary Student Leadership Day
Around 100 students from six Western Hub Lutheran schools attended a highly impactful and inspiring Leadership Day, led by Emma Graetz from Australian Lutheran College. Due to COVID reasons, Emma led the day twice, first for students from Nhill, Horsham and Dimboola at Nhill Lutheran School on Tuesday, 03 May, before venturing to Tarrington Lutheran School to lead the day for Tarrington, Hamilton and Portland students on Wednesday, 04 May.
Students enjoyed mingling with students from other Lutheran schools and collaborating in numerous tasks including: role plays, rich discussion and the infamous ‘meat slicer’. The four S’s of leadership – spiritual, significant qualities, servant leadership and support will hopefully remain with the students as they continue on their educational and life journeys.
