Last week 17 senior leaders from across the LEVNT region met in Ballarat for three days of professional development and formation (held in the historical Craig Royals hotel). Suzanne Jessen (LEA) facilitated the ‘Fierce Conversation’ course - this focused on the various types of conversations we have in the workplace and how to structure and implement these.
David Spike led the formation aspect of the gathering and centred on our personal journey; our journey in and with Christ.
It was a rich three days with participants reflecting positively on the depth of knowledge which they gained and the new contacts they had established.
Kim Powell and I are now in the process of re-establishing and re-invigorating networks across the region. All senior leaders have been contacted to provide feedback (through a short survey), on how these networks could look moving forward.
We look forward to introducing these networks to you during this term.
