iOTF Events is a not for profit Professional Learning provider within the NSW Department of Education. Our unit has unique links to the world’s leading schools and organisations of the Deeper Learning Community.
We will host PBLWorks (Buck Institute for Education) at the PBLDownUnder’21 event scheduled for April 13 – 15, 2021. This event will provide world-class in-depth three-day professional learning in High-Quality Project Based Learning for beginners through to School Leaders with a range of institutes to choose from. PBLWorks has been refining its model for twenty-five years. We believe there is no professional learning available in Australia in Project Based Learning of this standard.
With the NSW Curriculum Review and a greater focus on the development of understanding through the application of skills, this opportunity is a standout for teachers wishing to develop their knowledge of deep, purposeful, meaningful High-Quality Project Based Learning. iOTF Events is the exclusive provider of PBLWorks professional learning in Australia.
The three-day event was previously held in October 2020 as PBLSydney and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants with all praising the various online technologies used throughout the three-day workshops.

PBL 201- for teachers who want to rapidly upskill their existing PBL skills
PBL Leadership- for leaders who are wanting to develop a whole school PBL approach
We will also host three world-class keynotes online via Zoom, in Australian Eastern Standard Time. These keynotes will be recorded and made available to be viewed on the www.deeperlearning.com.au website from January 2022.

Michelle Navarre – founding Head of School, Polaris Charter Academy, Chicago
Dr. Rob Loe – CEO, The Relationships Foundation, Cambridge UK
The cost of the three-day event is AUD$1100 each (+GST).
