The new LDP will be officially launched on Friday, March 19 when all information for those who are interested in leadership development in Lutheran education will be on the LEA website. We are excited about the new program which will be led by the Queensland University of Technology working collaboratively with ALC who will deliver the theological part of the program. Thank you to those principals who have been interviewed by QUT as part of the co-design phase.
Applications for the LDP will open on March 19th and close a month later. The LDP will include formal study through QUT; The Leadership Circle, a 360-degree leadership feedback instrument that provides constructive feedback on leadership styles; LDP workshops and mentoring. Principals and Deputy Principals will be approached in the near future to support the LDP as mentors to participants. The formal program will begin on July 8th in Adelaide when all LDP participants and mentors will come together to begin this new and innovative leadership program.
