On our recent Brisbane Learning tour we engaged with Bronwyn who has just joined the Autens Pasifika team to deliver Learning Space Design workshops in Australia! We are very excited to be able to promote these workshops as an interactive opportunity for you to engage with stakeholders around how innovative learning environments can be used in your school. The team from Geelong Lutheran College spent their Design Lab workshop deep in conversation about how they were going to leverage learning in their year 9 space next year. It was so great to hear them talking about the different roles they would need to take as educators in the space and how they could leverage the flexibility of the spaces to impact student learning in positive ways. I can’t wait to get down and see these ideas brought to life.
This workshop is useful for a range of purposes:
Are you building or renovating? Anyone who is in the planning or process of building or renovating learning spaces in your school will find this workshop useful. Bronwyn can engage stakeholders such as educators, parents, boards and even students to think about how they might use the space to leverage the preferred pedagogy and learning.
Are you ready to implement your philosophy of and vision for learning? This can be a powerful workshop to engage educators in what it looks like to embed the school’s vision for learning into their practice.
