As many of you already know, Melbourne University through their LEARN Faculty have just finished a 4 year journey and research around the ILETC (Innovative Learning Environments and Teacher Change) project lead by Prof Wes Imms, Prof John Hattie, Dr Ben Cleveland and others.
This research is now regarded one of the best in this area and is being used all around the world. No school should engage in designing spaces, retrofitting, building etc without engaging with this important research.
Coming up in the next couple of weeks, Melbourne University will be holding a mini conference celebrating the completion of this chapter of research and launching the new one re student learning efficacy with Innovative Learning Environments.
LEARN and ILETC have been long friends with Lutheran Education and the value they have brought to many of our schools is always appreciated.
