During the holidays the ninth iteration of LDP began in Adelaide. The sessions for the participants focussed on understanding their leadership skills and abilities through their first unit, ‘Leading Self and Others’. This unit will also cover: the 21st Century school leader, unpacking their leadership profile and leadership vision and building resonant relationships. There was certainly an atmosphere of excitement as 30 participants from across Australia came together.
The participants from LEVNT for LDP 9 are: Nicole Fillipou, Janelle Kratzmann, Ruth Ferguson, Anthony Coghlan, Anne-Marie Bothe, Damien Evans, Craig Jervies and Deborah Stockman. We wish these folk every blessing as they embark on this two-year leadership growth journey.
A major component of the program is the support each participant receives from an assigned mentor. A huge thankyou is extended to the following people who will mentor these participants over the life of the program: Brad Moss, Derek Bartels, Janet Moeller, John Thompson, Melissa Evans, Vicki Schilling, Dan Weller, Eloise Beveridge, Joanne Wegener, Maria Denholm and Sue Ellis
May God continue to guide and bless the work, study and relationships formed during this program.
