Last week approximately 50 Lutheran Educators/Leaders joined in a discussion with Jutta-Riina and Pia-Helena, both school leaders in Helsinki. For two hours there was rich sharing about schooling in Finland. The Finnish education system is world-leading in terms of the results that students achieve and it was an excellent opportunity to hear from these two leaders about what gets prioritised, where the issues and complexities lie and what challenges they are working to solve. This event was part of Helsinki Education Week and the HundrED Summit.
