EQUIP

Three Equip cohorts are coming to the end of their Equip journey. Equip is the professional development and accreditation to teach Christian Studies in LEA Schools. The cohorts this year are Melbourne (16 pax), Western/Wimmera (6 pax) and Riverina (9pax). Equip dives into the nature and purpose of CS as a distinct learning area, one part of the overall Christian Education program. Participants work with the CSCF curriculum framework and develop their theological knowledge and key skills to lead the learning. They explore the pedagogy of the CS classroom and a variety of approaches to engaging scripture. An ePortfolio is submitted as evidence of their learning for accreditation.
