It was inspiring and heartening to see 28 Lutheran Educators from across all the regions collaborate and engage in visits to schools in Qld including 6 Lutheran Schools over the last three days. There was much discussion, presentations, workshops and school tours centering around the key components of a contemporary transformation of learning including Culture, Leadership, Experiential Inquiry and PBL Pedagogies, Teacher Teaming, Service Learning, Innovative Learning Environments, Student and Teacher agency and contemporary narratives of what schools should be. All participants were highly appreciative of the opportunity to enhance their journey for themselves and their schools. Many thanks to the participants and the Host Schools – Living Faith Lutheran Primary School, St Paul’s Lutheran Primary School, Fortitude Valley State Secondary College, Bethania Lutheran Primary School, Trinity Lutheran College, LORDS and Silkwood School.
