Several boards across LESNW and LEVNT are seeking new board members with an education, finance, risk and compliance, and/or marketing background.
This poses a powerful opportunity for learning community staff to not only contribute to the wider Lutheran education landscape, but also to engage in professional learning by seeing other learning communities through a governance lens.
And so, we’re putting out the call to principals and other leaders, business managers, LDP participants, teachers, marketing officers and any other staff who have an interest in furthering the mission and vision of Lutheran education in the wider Lutheran community. A governance background is not required as training can be provided. Additionally, location is not a barrier – with the use of technology, engagement across geographical borders is welcomed.
