After two years of virtual gatherings, the Australian Education Awards are back and ready to raise a glass to the education sector’s best and brightest. Returning as an in-person black-tie gala, this year’s awards event will give schools, principals, department heads and teachers the chance to be showcased on a national stage, while celebrating with all the glitz and glamour that they deserve. Learn more about the awards How do I enter a category? There are 28 categories open to top-performing schools, principals, department heads and teachers over the past year. The online nomination process is straightforward and free. We encourage you to put forward your colleagues, firm, company, peers or yourself, for as many categories as you like. What happens after I enter a nomination? Nominations will be shortlisted to identify the Excellence Awardees, which will be announced in May 2022. Submissions of Excellence Awardees will be forwarded to an independent judging panel, who will score each submission according to the criteria. Scores will be aggregated to produce a single winner in each category. The Winners will be revealed at the in-person gala on 12 August at the Doltone House, Darling Island. See table pricing here.
